Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India to pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners. Delivery availability for your location will be confirmed during the checkout process.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business days from the time of confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days depending on your location
- Express Delivery: Available for select locations at an additional cost. Delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1000.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1000.
- Express Shipping Fee: Charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and delivery location, which will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Inspection and Acceptance
- Please inspect the products upon delivery for any damage, leakage, or tampering.
- If you find any issues, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery at cc@sampanginaturals.com
Non-Delivery of Order
- If your order has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team at +91 98493 54565 with your order ID for assistance.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not provide delivery services outside India.

- Sampangi Naturals shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of products due to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.
