Eligibility for Returns
Perishable Items (Vegetables)
- Returns or refunds are only accepted for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Perishable Items (Pulses, Cold-Pressed Oils, Dry Fruits, Rice, Masalas):
- Returns or exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Items purchased during a sale or with discounts are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.
Steps to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the product.
Approval Process
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 48 hours.
Return Pickup or Drop-off
- For approved returns, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back to us.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.
Processing Time
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other reasons, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are applicable only for non-perishable items and subject to stock availability.
- Follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been tampered with or are missing parts.
- Items not reported within the specified return window.
